Job Description
The Treasury Client Services Professional III role operates in a hybrid capacity, with a primary emphasis on supporting the corporate card program. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities on the relationship-managed side of core treasury services, ensuring seamless coordination and support across both areas. The TCSP III works independently to assist customers set their daily cash position and related investment options and resolve daily customer issues/concerns. Portfolio level varies from moderately complex to complex and incumbents work independently with moderate guidance from Supervisor seeking assistance on most complex client communications and approvals.

You will build relationships and get to know your coworkers in operations and technology, and sales, working across multiple lines of business. Our teams work with product managers, analysts, operations, sales, vendors, and the product support team. You are the voice of the client.
How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will ensure client satisfaction by delivering best-in-class service through effective communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
- You will work with Operations, Corporate Card partners in troubleshooting problems/streamlining operating procedures.
- You will continuously improve knowledge of required systems supporting corporate card clients.
- You will escalate operational problems with Corporate Card and RPA process.
- You will instruct users on how to perform technical tasks and use your judgment to initiate correct actions.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s Degree in a Business related field (Bachelor’s preferred) and 4 years’ experience in banking and treasury client servicing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
