We are seeking a dynamic and professional Lead Office Services Associate to join our team at a high-profile corporate client site in downtown Houston. About the Role:
As the Lead Office Services Associate, you will oversee a cross-functional team of four associates. Our service includes - Receptionist | Print| Mail| Records Clerk |Community Ambassador | Meeting Support | General Office Services Associate
You will be responsible for leading by example, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring top-tier service delivery across all touchpoints, including print production, hospitality, reception, and records management.
- Location: Houston, TX 77002
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time
- Pay Rate: $22/hr to $24/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office services operations; ensure full team coverage through effective cross-training
- Coordinate and perform legal document print production, including trial case materials
- Manage high-volume scanning into electronic records systems
- Provide backup reception coverage during lunches and breaks
- Support conference room setup, events, and client meetings
- Maintain and monitor visitor offices (stocking, tidying)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of office services experience; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Law firm or legal support experience is a major plus
- Technologically proficient and comfortable learning new platforms
- Professional presentation and demeanor; must be comfortable interfacing with C-level clients
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow established processes
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment — no job hoppers
- Must be adaptable, coachable, and ready to lead by example
