• Record client interactions and updates to maintain accurate records and support team collaboration

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, support, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and assist clients efficiently
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• A genuine interest in helping clients feel informed and supported
