Job Summary
The Parts Fulfillment Specialist will support the daily operations of LAI Games by processing and shipping parts orders through activities of picking, packing, and shipping worldwide. This includes any shipping documentation and/or LTL parts
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, neatly and professionally pack, and ship all LAI games parts products to customers worldwide with attention to detail.
- Utilize PC to create shipping labels, print packing slips and process incoming and outgoing customer returns.
- Prepare and maintain international documents which include packing lists and commercial invoices for customs reporting requirements as required.
- Communicate with internal customers through phone calls, Teams, and emails to provide support on parts orders and status.
- Properly track and execute personal and company KPIs to meet deadlines, initiatives, and expectations.
- Work closely with the Parts Supervisor to resolve discrepancies or issues with availability of parts for games.
- Work with the Supply Chain Team both Stateside and abroad to aid in the timely fulfilment of our parts to customers.
- Track and maintain adequate stock levels of shipping accessories to fulfill parts in the most cost-effective manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your work area by taking out trash, sweeping your area, ensuring aisles are clear, and organizing assigned work areas.
- Complete Cycle counts and work with the team on inventories as required.
- Complete full inventories as required.
- Support and execute organizational goals, objectives, and decisions in a positive manner as directed.

Required Skills and Experience
- Positive, upbeat personality and willingness to constantly be learning something new.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with employees, clients, contractors, and the public.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while having attention to detail.
- Ability to work with standard courier shipping apps, to include UPS/FedEx/DHL.
- Minimum 1 year experience picking, packing, and shipping domestically and internationally.
- Basic computing and technical proficiency in Windows programs such as office 365 and ERP systems.
- Proficient with hand tools, small power tools, and banding tools.
- The ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Pallet Jack/Forklift experience preferred.
- Some work out of normal work hours may be expected, including occasional weekends (if applicable and approved).
- Be able to work flexible hours due to many clients being based internationally.
