Medical Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized, professional and friendly Office Manager at Pure Wellness Chiropractic. Come work at our family owned business, where your ideas are welcomed and expertise valued. Our ideal Office Manager Assistant candidate must have: At least 1 year experience in a medical office as an office manager or chiropractic assistant Applicants with less than 1 year will be considered on a case by case basis Proven ability to work efficiently. Must be able to multitask Abilities to conduct patient check-in and check-out, including scheduling appointments, and accepting payments A professional, friendly, warm personality Experience with setting up patients on various therapies (learning specific tasks may be required) Prior insurance experience: contacting insurance companies to verify patient coverage and eligibility
