Join our compassionate team at HomeWell Care Services TX270 as a Home Health Aide in Temple, TX. In this rewarding position, you'll provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and nutrition management.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and document client progress accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all safety and health protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
