Job Summary
We are seeking a mid-senior level Project Manager / Scrum Master to manage complex initiatives across Salesforce Service Cloud and .NET-based enterprise applications supporting our Wealth Management client service and operations teams. This role will provide end-to-end project management oversight while serving as Scrum Master for Agile teams, ensuring effective execution, regulatory compliance, and strong client service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Provide end-to-end project management for initiatives spanning Salesforce Service Cloud and .NET-based platforms
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones
- Manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and onshore/offshore teams
- Establish project governance, RAID tracking, and executive-level status reporting
- Identify and mitigate risks related to integrations, data flows, security, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and SDLC standards
Scrum Master & Agile Leadership
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams working across Salesforce and .NET initiatives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and manage cross-platform dependencies
- Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement and predictable execution
- Track and communicate Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and release readiness
Salesforce Service Cloud/.Net Platform Project Management
- Manage projects involving Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console, Entitlements, and SLAs
- Coordinate Salesforce release schedules, testing cycles, deployments, and post-release stabilization
- Oversee integrations between Service Cloud and .NET services or external systems
- Support change management, training, and adoption for client service users
- Manage projects involving .NET-based applications and services supporting client service and operational workflows
- Coordinate API, middleware, and batch integrations between Salesforce and .NET platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles
- 4+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud project experience
- Experience managing projects involving .NET applications and integrations
- Financial Services experience; Wealth Management strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and hybrid project methodologies
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and complex initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Project/Agile certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, or Azure-based integrations
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset
