Job Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates Artwork and Signage maintenance work orders, lifecycle projects and operational requests from the Planning Stage through to Final Production and Installation.
Procures external consultants and vendor services to assist with signage and art planning, design and documenting.
Develops project scope based on the customer's needs and in alignment with standards and guidelines of the Art Program and/ or Graphics Program.
Uses a variety of equipment/programs including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and a vinyl cutting machine.
Coordinates artwork and signage installations. Communicates with installation crews for scheduling and installation purposes per job. Verifies with customer that the intended scope was met and documents outstanding issues requiring resolution.
Ensures that final payments to vendors are processed upon completion of services.
Ensures that Art Program inventory information is updated by accessing and updating Microsoft Access databases and other, similar software.
Ensures that signage-related information is properly documented for update with other logistics personnel using Microsoft Excel and other similar software.
Participates in interdepartmental coordination meetings and activities to improve service to department clients.
Maintains Existing Sign Elements and Signage Inventory by Utilizing the Proper Equipment and Tools.
Maintains Existing Art & Graphics Displays, Inventory Information, Storage Locations and Program Materials by Utilizing Program Guidelines and Procedures.
Manages Internal and External Relationships through Effective Communication and Collaboration.
Demonstrates a high-quality work ethic by exhibiting professional attitude, honesty, and integrity.
Skills & Requirements
Required bachelor's degree
