Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist - (13310)
- Articulate job duties, client environment, process, benefits, and paid time off to potential candidates.
- Maintain status on all recruiting assignments.
- Build a pool of candidates in anticipation of client needs for quick fulfillment.
- Screen applications, interview prospects, coordinate client interviews, etc.
- Participate in weekly meetings and/or trainings.
- Communicate professionally with executive leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience preferred.
- Ability to work with challenging and demanding clients and adapt to changes.
- Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills – oral and written.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Ability to overcome objections or roadblocks that may prevent candidates from moving through the process.
Additional Qualifications (Remote Work Competencies)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Detailed-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently required to operate a computer and file and retrieve written documents.
- Physical demands may include but are not limited to standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, and bending
