Managing Attorney for Dallas

Location: Dallas, TX – In-Office Role
Compensation: $140,000 to $180,000 base, depending on experience, trial success, and leadership record.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee litigation teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and timely completion of tasks across your team.
- Review and ensure all pleadings, motions, and legal documents meet firm quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to resolve staff concerns and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Conduct legal research, prepare motions, memoranda, and briefs, and advise on complex litigation matters.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective case strategies.
- Attend and actively participate in settlement negotiations.
- Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of personal injury litigation experience (20+ preferred ).
- Board Certified in Personal Injury Law with 10+ jury trials to verdict .
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience with attorneys and paralegals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
