SEO Specialist (LATAM, Mexico Preferred), Full-Time Remote, 1+ Year Experience

## **About the role**

BrightBlitz Marketing is hiring a full-time SEO Specialist in Latin America (Mexico preferred). This is a long-term role for someone who has done SEO hands-on (freelance or agency) and wants stable work, clear SOPs, and a team to grow with.

## **What you’ll do**

* On-page SEO updates (titles, H1s, meta descriptions, content edits)
* Internal linking using our exact process (this is a big part of the role)
* Keyword research and simple keyword grouping
* Google Search Console checks (indexing, coverage, basic troubleshooting)
* Weekly status updates (what you did, what’s next, what’s blocked)
* Light WordPress edits (no development work)

## **Must-haves**

* Located in Latin America (Mexico preferred)
* Full-time availability (40 hrs/week), this must be your primary job
* Overlap with CST at least 4 hours per day
* Strong written English (clear, simple, professional)
* 1+ year of hands-on SEO experience
* Comfortable using Google Search Console
* You follow checklists and instructions closely, and you double-check your work

## **Nice-to-haves**

* Screaming Frog
* Ahrefs or Semrush
* WordPress, Rank Math or Yoast
* Basic GA4

## **Pay**

Pay depends on skill and experience. Please include your expected hourly rate in USD.
