Position: Administrative Cashier

As an Administrative Cashier, you’ll be a key part of our Retail Team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth, efficient transactions. You’ll also support vital administrative functions that keep our business running strong.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, helpful experience.
• Answer company phone lines, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer records in our system (ROM).
• Process cash transaction card applications and create customer cards.
• Handle all cash transactions with accuracy and accountability.
• Enter customer orders into the ROM system efficiently and correctly.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state recycling regulations.
• Maintain organized records and assist with special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of office and cashier experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first attitude.
• Experience in the recycling/scrap metal industry is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
