1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales / Call Center Representative to join our team. This role focuses on outbound follow-up calling and customer engagement , promoting products, qualifying leads, and providing excellent service to both new and existing customers. You’ll handle calls, emails, and CRM updates, while helping drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to promote products and services.
• Prospect, qualify, and follow up with business partners, distributors, and end users.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
• Handle objections and close sales or refer leads to appropriate sales staff.
• Conduct market research on industry partners, resellers, and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity in Salesforce CRM .
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Support independent service companies and end users requiring complex recall work.
• Assist in tracking and reporting monthly call logs and lead totals.
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (B2B or inside sales preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections.
• Preferred experience in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and work independently.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.
