ROLE IMPACT

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is central to client satisfaction and vendor coordination. By managing service requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring high-touch communication, the CSR strengthens business relationships and supports the company’s mission to exceed service expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage client and vendor communications via email and phone, including service requests and issue resolution

• Maintain accurate records in CRM; manage personal queue and ensure all actions are documented per SOPs

• Dispatch and follow up on service requests to ensure full completion and client satisfaction

• Reference master client files to verify pricing and service terms; assist with research as needed

• Provide high-quality support aligned with individual, team, and company KPIs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required; some college or equivalent experience preferred

• 1+ years in a professional call center or client support environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in fast-paced settings

• Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and resolve problems independently

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
