Position Overview:

Sabira Collection is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all branch distribution operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience in inventory management and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

· Implement and monitor effective inventory management practices to ensure accuracy and integrity.

· Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

· Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to build a strong, collaborative team.

· Create work schedules

· Collaborate with other teams to integrate logistics with business systems and processes (e.g., customer sales, order management, accounting, shipping).

· Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize picking and storage processes while maintaining real-time data accuracy.

· Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and optimal space utilization.

· Partner with the operations and e-commerce teams to support business growth and seasonal demand fluctuations.

· Communicate with vendors, clients, employees, and company leadership to ensure all areas of the company are working together cohesively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar operations role, preferably within a small business, retail, or e-commerce environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and warehouse/inventory software (e.g., Shopify backend, Excel, shipping platforms).
• Solid understanding of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff through coaching and feedback.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse team.
• Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
