- Hire and supervise all Service and Parts department personnel, as well as monitor their performance.
- Create goals and objectives for the department, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business.
- Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.
- Maintain compliance regarding OSHA and Hazmat standards.
- Consult and collaborate with Parts Manager, Service Manager, and dealership management on all aspects of Fixed Operations.* Wholesale growth

- General growth and profitability of the dealerships parts business
- Lead team of professionals to achieve aggressive sales goals and profit objectives.
- Utilize systems, hardware, software, marketing, and products to maximize efficiency and accurately track inventory.
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience as a Director of Fixed Operations preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of automotive service management experience
- Superior customer service abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work an extended hours schedule, including weekends.
