Site Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Site Coordinator to join our team in a temp-to-hire capacity. In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding new team members, driving performance improvements, and maintaining accountability across our contractor workforce. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is passionate about helping others succeed while upholding operational standards. Qualifications

• Previous experience in performance coaching, team leadership, or training preferred.
• strong comfort level working on your feet in a fast-paced operational or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver constructive feedback and execute formal corrective action plans professionally.
• Experience conducting safety, physical capability, or lift assessments.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaching & Corrective Action: Manage performance evaluations, provide real-time coaching, and administer constructive feedback or corrective actions for contractors to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Onboarding & Training: Assist with the seamless onboarding of new contractors, ensuring they are properly introduced to facility policies, safety protocols, and daily expectations.
• Lift Assessments: Conduct hands-on physical lift assessments and safety evaluations to ensure contractors meet position requirements and adhere to safe material handling practices.
• Contractor Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for contractors, fostering a supportive, productive, and safe work atmosphere.
