As an Order Picker , you'll play an important role in ensuring every order is carefully selected, accurately prepared, and ready for delivery to customers throughout Halifax and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in a timely manner.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet Pete's high standards for freshness and quality.
• Communicate with customers by phone to confirm orders, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment processes.
• Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation as needed.
• Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support other store operations and perform additional duties as required.

• Flexibility to work a changing schedule based on business needs, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs .
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
