The offered salary for this position is between $16.38 and $27.90 USD per hour , commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties focused on client support and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and digital platforms.
* Providing accurate information regarding our company's telecommunications and IT solutions.
* Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution to solve the issue.
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within our CRM system.
* Collaborating with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure complex customer issues are resolved efficiently.
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from clients.
* Following established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent service standard.
* Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal qualifications include:

* Proven experience in a customer support role or a similar client-facing position.
* Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for de-escalating situations.
* Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
* Experience within the telecommunications or IT industry would be a significant advantage.
