Customer Service Representative

NETS International, a leading provider of telecommunications and IT solutions, is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This remote full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about providing exceptional support and representing the high standards of NETS International. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience. The offered salary for this position is between $16.38 and $27.90 USD per hour , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties focused on client support and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and digital platforms.* Providing accurate information regarding our company's telecommunications and IT solutions.
* Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution to solve the issue.
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within our CRM system.
* Collaborating with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure complex customer issues are resolved efficiently.
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from clients.
* Following established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent service standard.
* Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal qualifications include: * Proven experience in a customer support role or a similar client-facing position.
* Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for de-escalating situations.
* Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
* Experience within the telecommunications or IT industry would be a significant advantage.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
