Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive long-term business growth. The CFO will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, cash flow, and risk management while serving as a key advisor to the executive team. This role is critical in shaping financial strategy, improving performance, and supporting informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies that support company growth and profitability

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP

• Oversee accounting, tax, audits, and regulatory compliance

• Build financial models and provide analysis to support strategic initiatives, investments, and M&A activities

• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies

• Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiency

• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate risks, opportunities, and business performance

• Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive or CFO-level responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance

• Experience with financial modeling, strategic planning, and M&A

• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and drive business results
