Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive long-term business growth. The CFO will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, cash flow, and risk management while serving as a key advisor to the executive team. This role is critical in shaping financial strategy, improving performance, and supporting informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies that support company growth and profitability
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Oversee accounting, tax, audits, and regulatory compliance
Build financial models and provide analysis to support strategic initiatives, investments, and M&A activities
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies
Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiency
Partner with executive leadership to evaluate risks, opportunities, and business performance
Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive or CFO-level responsibilities
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance
Experience with financial modeling, strategic planning, and M&A
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and drive business results
