Porter / Groundskeeper – Property Management

Location: San Antonio, Tx

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay: $16-$17 per hour

We’re hiring a dependable Porter/Groundskeeper to help maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming community. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and taking pride in keeping a property looking its best, this role is a great match.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas, walkways, breezeways, and common spaces
• Remove trash and debris from dumpsters, compactors, and designated collection points
• Sweep, power wash, and tidy exterior surfaces
• Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks when needed
• Report any safety issues, maintenance concerns, or unusual activity
• Support seasonal projects and community upkeep
• Ensure the property always presents a polished, well‑kept appearance

What You Bring

• Strong reliability and work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active throughout the day
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Prior porter or groundskeeping experience is helpful but not required
