Expreienced Baker
We are looking to hire a baker for a full-time position. Ideally, we would be looking for a 7am-3pm shift. 5 days a week. Weekends and holidays are our busiest times, and we need team members who have flexible scheduling.
We are expanding our production, and this opportunity has a lot of growth potential.
Experience is a must.
The ideal candidate has the following skills:
Multiple years of recipe development and bakery production
Making large batches of buttercream, cream cheese, & other frostings
A general understanding of cake & cupcake procedures
Problem solving baking related issues quickly and effectively
Excellent time management and solid communication skills
Being a team player and collaborating with other creative people
Job Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Ability to use small/large knives & follow knife safety instructions
Ability to use multiple ovens at one time with timers
Ability to work efficiently, quickly, & is self-motivated
Access to certain apps for scheduling and company-wide communication
Ability to be on your feet for a 7-8-hour shift
Capable of lifting 50 pounds
Maintain quality control procedures & follow safety compliance
Current Food Handlers Certificate before starting the position
