Position Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who's expert in The ITS Data Services Team is seeking a Sr. MuleSoft Developer to be responsible for all continuous integration and continuous delivery related to MuleSoft applications. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization, especially Informatica support; and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):

• Experience developing Mule ESB flows and integrations by using service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise application integration (EAI) using Mule Runtimes.

• Extensive experience with Anypoint Studio and using it to interface application services by utilizing connectors, components, transformers, filters, flow control, message routing, ActiveMQ, JMS, and Error Handling.

• RAML specifications/build experience with MuleSoft utilizing Mule features like Data weave, API designer, and various connectors to ensure robust and loosely coupled integration layers.

• Hands on development experience in MuleSoft 3.x and developing SOAP/REST APIs.Experience with REST API development, Web service development and RAML design.

• Experience with Mule DataWeave, Connectors and Exception Handling.Provide end-to-end integration design, build, test support, and deployment.

• Design and develop API using MuleSoft components.Use Design Center, Exchange, and API manager to develop MUnit test cases.

• Perform data transformation (using Data Weave) and CloudHub deployment.Provide production support, monitoring and troubleshooting, of on-prem and cloud applications.

• Implement MuleSoft best practices for design, development, and deployment.Apply solid programming skills for SOAP, and RESTful services using Mule.

• Work with MuleSoft connectors, such as Workday. Develop queries for Snowflake and Oracle Databases.

• Responsible for all MuleSoft applications (build/pipeline) CI/CD.

• Provide integration for IOT-based applications.

• Use Log4j for error logging and debugging, JUnit for unit and integration testing, and XML Spy for XML validation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field

• Five (5) years of experience using Mulesoft, designer and developer

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or engineering, or a related field. Desirable:

• Mulesoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate (Mule 4)

• Mulesoft Certified Developer - API Design Associate (RAML 1.0)

• Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect (Level -1)

• Mulesoft Certified Developer - Integration Professional knowledge of Snowflake Cloud Database Knowledge of Oracle Database.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or engineering or a related field.

• Experience with Java Application Development

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and orally, and to maintain harmonious internal and external working relationships.

• Ability to be on call via cell phone or other department-defined method.

• Ability to pass a medical physical.

• Ability to pass a security check.

• Possess a valid Texas driver's license.

• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Works in an office and/or airport terminal environment.
• Uses keyboard devices and computer monitors.
• Uses reasoning abilities in performing analysis and solving problems.
• Frequently exerts forces equivalent to lifting minimally 50+ pounds Must be able to use ladders and scissor lifts as required from time to time.

• Uses near-visual acuity in reading written documents.
• Drives to locations on Airport property.
