SailPoint Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on SailPoint Developer/Engineer with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development, debugging, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational support.
The client is specifically looking for:
- Hands-on technical engineers
- Strong coding and debugging capabilities
- Candidates experienced in daily production support and fast issue resolution
The client is specifically looking for candidates who are actively involved in coding, technical issue investigation, and production support activities rather than candidates focused mainly on governance or oversight responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Strong SailPoint development and coding experience
- Experience performing code-level debugging and troubleshooting
- Ability to investigate and resolve technical issues at the code level
- Experience handling day-to-day BAU (Business As Usual) support activities
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide quick resolution for production/support issues
- Strong understanding of IAM (Identity & Access Management) concepts
- Experience working with integrations, workflows, and access management processes
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)
- Strong overall IAM background
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience working in enterprise support environments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Perform code-level debugging and troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve production support issues
- Support daily technical and operational activities
- Handle root cause analysis for system/application issues
- Work closely with internal teams for issue resolution and support
- Ensure smooth IAM operations and system stability
