Property Search Analyst

Role: Property Search Analyst
Location: Dallas TX
Type: Contract
Below is an outline of the requirements and processes that would be associated with a Property Search Analyst. This position requires 1-5 years' experience in the Mortgage Banking and or Property Tax Reporting industry. You must pass a background and drug screening.
Education:
· High School Diploma
· Some college
· 1-5 years' experience in a related field
Qualifications
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
· Internet Savvy
· Ability to type 50 wpm
· Good organizational skills
· Detail oriented
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Team-player
· Customer-centric attitude
· Able to work independently
Primary duties
· Search legal descriptions
· Map/Draw properties
· Identify lot, block, and subdivision and Section, Township, and Range
· Use plats, maps, and drawings received from Assessor's and Recorder's Office to determine tax-id
· Obtain taxing jurisdictions
· Call, e-mail, fax, mail, or scan request to taxing/assessment/recording offices
· Data entry
· Communicate with internal and external clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
