Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply chemical solutions safely using hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, or specialized spraying equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to ensure safe and environmentally responsible chemical application.
• Conduct site assessments to determine appropriate treatment methods for pest control, lawn care, or agricultural needs.
• Operate vehicles such as trucks or utility vehicles to access various job sites while practicing safe driving habits.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, locations serviced, and chemicals used for compliance and reporting.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to identify needs and recommend suitable chemical solutions for land management projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pest control techniques, lawn care practices, farming methods, and agricultural principles.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely in various outdoor environments.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precise chemical application and adherence to safety procedures.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work, including lifting, standing, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
• Basic sales skills are a plus for promoting services or explaining treatment options to customers.

Compensation

$24.12 – $29.04 per hour
