What You Will Be Doing

As a National Accounts (NA) Administrative Assistant, you will be a professional with a great attitude and exceptional work ethic, wanting to be a part of a growing team! The NA Administrative Assistant will work closely with the assigned National Account Executive (NAE) and Business Development team on supporting client relationships, updating weekly pipelines and maintaining activity on CRM.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support NAE's client relationships and efforts to acquire new clients/prospects.
  • Responsible for updating weekly RFP's, Proposal logs, CRM and weekly pipeline for the NAE.
  • Work with the National Account Executive to identify new potential clients and vetting their potential.
  • Work with the Estimating team to ensure all proposals are complete, accurate and delivered in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of clientele and prospects.
  • Strong emphasis on follow-up with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and tracking of all prospects and client activity in Dynamics CRM.
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
  • Ensuring all critical data is submitted in a timely manner for all upcoming and ongoing sales opportunities.
  • Create social media posting for NAE events.
  • Any additional duties deemed necessary by the NAE or Management to ensure organizational success.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience required. Sales experience is a plus.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Must have basic construction, renovation or relevant industry knowledge.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet's and familiar with CRM platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Limited travel within the United States.
