Assembler – Satellite Manufacturing Locations: Midland, TX and Odessa, TX Monday to Thursday: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM | $22/hour Friday to Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $24/hour Average 40–45 hours per week

Job Overview:

We are hiring Assemblers to support the production of advanced satellites that provide global internet connectivity. This is a hands-on role in a clean, climate-controlled facility using modern tools and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test satellite components from start to finish
• Work with small parts and perform detailed assembly tasks
• Use hand and power tools (varies by department)
• Collaborate with different teams on production tasks

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
