Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite, Monday – Friday)
Compensation: $55,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to a busy team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have strong calendaring experience , exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This is a full-time, onsite position (5 days per week)at the firm’s Dallas office.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage litigation calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, and filing dates.
Draft, format, and proofread pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
File legal documents in state and federal courts (both electronic and paper filings).
Manage case files (both physical and electronic), ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
Coordinate with courts, clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed.
Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings for attorneys.
Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness coordination.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a litigation assistant or legal secretary in a civil litigation setting (law firm experience required).
Strong calendaring experience with knowledge of Texas court rules and filing deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems .
Experience with state and federal e-filing systems (eFileTexas, PACER, etc.).
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and document formatting skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite 5 days per week .
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $55,000 – $80,000 , based on experience.
