JOB DUTIES: Prepare client invoices and ensure they are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner. Enter all money received for outstanding items on the AR schedule. Ensures proper handling and coding of vendor and customer invoices. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any billing issues. Communicate with customers/vendors as needed. Implement effective credit control measures to ensure accounts are paid on time. Problem-solving and problem resolution. Other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: ~2+ years of business-to-business experience in an Accounts Receivable role. ~ Excellent interpersonal skills. ~ Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sheets). ~ Strong math skills. ~ Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management. ~ Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines. ~ Punctual. ~ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ~ Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
