Location: Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Days | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Occasional Call Weekly Hours: 40 Agency: Talented Medical Solutions – Allied Health Division | Joint Commission Certified About The RoleTalented Medical Solutions (TMS) is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technician for a travel contract in Texas . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in general and cardiac nuclear medicine studies and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional call responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including both general and cardiac studies
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment (facility has 2 machines)
- Ensure proper radiation safety procedures and sterile techniques are followed
- Document and report diagnostic findings accurately
- Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active ARRT certification
- CNMT certification
- TMB license (state-specific requirement)
- NMTCB registration (preferred)
- BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
- Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience required
- Must live 50+ miles from the facility (per travel guidelines)
