PRECISION PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR

work hours: 5 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Machine Setup & Operation: Select, set up, and operate industrial press brakes and dies to form metal according to blueprints and program specifications.
- Quality & Verification: Read prints and verify that nesting programs match work order blueprints; inspect parts using precise measuring tools.
- Material & Production Flow: Confirm correct materials arrive at the work center, track job progress, accurately project completion times, and properly stage finished parts.
- Machine Care & Maintenance: Ensure the press brake is working properly, ensure correct machine settings/consumables are applied, and immediately notify supervisors of any equipment issues.
- Shop Safety & 5S: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- General: Complete assignments accurately and on time, performing other duties as assigned.
