HIRING FULL TIME HOUSEKEEPER – BIWEEKLY PAY

Fogelman is hiring a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the team at Retreat at Steeplechase located in the Houston area.  We seek dedicated associates who want to grow their skills with us!  The ideal candidate possesses housekeeping experience with strong attention to detail, good customer service skills, and is a team player. The Housekeeper will be responsible for upkeep of the offices, amenities and common areas as well as cleaning vacant units. A valid Driver’s License is required for this position.

SUMMARY

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning the leasing office, move-out units, models and clubhouses along with all public and interior areas, including amenities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cleans all appliances and fixtures, dusts, wipes down counter tops, cleans bathrooms, vacuums carpets, and mops tiled areas.
  • Work with the service team to clean and prepare vacant and move-in units.
  • Responsible for the care and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property.
  • Weekend work may be required.
  • Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • One year of housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail with ability to work independently.
  • Depending on the property, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.

  • Strong constant finger and hand dexterity with ability to grasp/turn, touch, feel, and reach.
  • Strong sensory skills such as good eyesight, good hearing; ability to comprehend and speak.
  • Work in a variety of conditions, including both indoors and outdoors; frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
  • The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
