Our restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Austin—6th street and Congress Avenue! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic leaders who find joy in serving others. Ideal candidates have leadership experience from other restaurants or retail environments. Candidates will work within the Front of House Leadership Team in pursuit of excellence in our restaurant operations.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Flexible Availability – to serve and meet the needs of our guests when they need us the most. We ask that you are able to work at least 6 hours per shift. Candidates should be available to work at least 5 days per week, including most Fridays and Saturdays.
- Determination and Drive – to make our guest’s day and give them the experience that they have come to expect from the Chick-fil-A brand.
- Heart and Mindset – to learn not just learn the What and How we do, but the Why we do it .
General Responsibilities Include:
- Develop a restaurant culture of growth minded team members and leaders. A culture of product knowledge, stewardship, excitement and generosity. Incorporate this into training, ongoing development, communications and everyday culture.
- Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and the Leadership Team
- Ensure stewardship systems are taking place throughout the restaurant
- Develop leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated, high performance team that embodies the vision of the business.
- Oversee speed of service and completion of daily service goals.
- Create, implement, and lead systems that will be the standard for high performance teams throughout the restaurant.
- Be intentional in performing daily goal-setting and performance feedback to all Team Members and Leaders on all Chick-fil-A processes and procedures.
Specific Requirements & Skills
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required: Strong analytical and problem solving skills
