Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health Travel Job in Dallas, TX

Compensation
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1370 - $1410 per week
- Healthcare Setting: Home Health
- Location: Dallas, TX 75240 (North Dallas)
- Employment Type: Travel Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shifts per Week: 5
- Shift Duration: 8-hour days
- Hours per Week: 40 (32 guaranteed)
- Start Date: 3-4 weeks from offer
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTA
- At least 6 months of recent experience in a home health setting
- Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) software
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Deliver physical therapy treatments and interventions to patients in their homes under supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Accurately document patient care and progress using HCHB software
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and safety within the home environment
- Travel throughout Dallas to provide high-quality therapy services to home health patients
