Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter
Location: San Antonio, TX (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $55,000 annually
Type: Direct Hire
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role
The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent. This role includes developing and executing recruiting strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Strategy & Planning
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruiting needs and create job descriptions.
- Develop and execute recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions.
- Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct ongoing follow-ups with hiring managers to evaluate recruitment plan effectiveness.
- Recommend and implement new sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
Sourcing & Networking
- Source candidates through industry networks, associations, trade groups, referrals, and online platforms.
- Utilize social media and professional networking sites to identify and engage talent.
- Coordinate college recruiting initiatives and attend career fairs as needed.
- Post open roles through appropriate channels, including online job boards and advertising venues.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in improving online recruitment content and processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred; manufacturing or high-volume recruiting a plus.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Proficiency with UKG.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in candidate sourcing, relationship building, and database management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel for recruiting events when needed.
