Rootstack has been doing applications and automation solutions for more than 14 years. We are a company with offices in the US, Colombia and Panama. We provide services of nearshore staff augmentation, custom software development and software solutions implementations.
We're looking for an Account Executive / BDR to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position where strong communication skills are required. You will be joining our Sales Team to help source and attain new business in the US and Canada.
We desire a professional, motivated, results-driven Business Developer to engage potential clients. You will provide solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networkingevents.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and business goals, and convert opportunities into business requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
- Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Plan the end-to-end sales cycle for delivering customized business solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Work with Sales Management and Sales Engineers to ensure quality presentations.
- Support senior management in negotiations, due diligence, and business development needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualified meeting targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales BDR, SDR, or in a similar sales role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong experience closing deals.Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
