In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional cleaning services in residential settings, ensuring that each home is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and sanitation. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of residential homes.

• Manage laundry duties — washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.

• Provide expert floor care services, including carpet cleaning and the maintenance of hard surface floors.

• Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their specific needs and preferences.

• Uphold sanitation and safety standards to maintain a clean, healthy living environment.

• Take before and after photos of cleaning areas to document work and ensure quality control.

• Ensure consistent client satisfaction through reliable, high-quality service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar role preferred.

• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safe chemical use.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping work is a plus.

• Familiarity with housekeeping management principles is beneficial.

• Proficiency in floor care tasks , including carpet and surface maintenance.

• Previous experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is an advantage but not required.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team .

• Must possess a valid government-issued ID and a current Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of taking and sending before and after photos for job documentation.
