Fulfillment Coordinator

Together, let's empower people everywhere to live their healthiest lives. The Opportunity The Fulfillment Coordinator will manage mail and package logs, inventory, and office supplies. They will sort, deliver, and post mail, send, and receive packages, and assist with printing, finishing tasks, scanning, and file conversion. Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, organizational skills, and Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency are essential. This is an onsite position in our Lewisville, TX office, this role is for daytime hours, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities

• Maintains all mail and package logs.
• Maintains inventory and office supplies.
• Sorts / delivers mail and packages.
• Posts outgoing mail.
• Receives and sends packages.
• Occasionally assists the Print Facility with print finishing work such as kitting, lamination, binding, etc.
• Scanning and some file conversion.

Qualifications Expected for Position

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Mail room experience preferred.
• Experience working in a deadline driven, production-oriented role.
• Working experience using tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus after instructions are given with limited supervision.
• Team Oriented.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills required.
• Problem solving skills - identify and resolve problems in a timely, effective manner.
• Organized with a high attention to detail.

In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2025 . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
