CNC Press Brake Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 03:15pm to 01:45am )

Responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC press brake machinery to bend and form metal components based on engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, precise components are produced safely and efficiently.

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders. Select appropriate tooling and machine settings for each job.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues as needed.
• Monitor production efficiency and adjust setups or programs to optimize output.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

CNC Press Brake Operator Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating CNC press brake equipment is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of fabrication processes. Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
