Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Applicants MUST have a minimum of two years of experience in a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal role to be considered.
Job Overview:We have an immediate opening for LITIGATION PARALEGAL to join our fast-paced team. This position plays a critical role in the firm’s success, and the right fit to join our team is an energetic, reliable team player who is extremely detail-oriented, organized, and has a real passion for personal injury law.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff).
- 2 years of paralegal experience.
- Experience and knowledge of drafting motions.
- Experience and knowledge with E-file and service of pleadings.
- Experience and knowledge assisting with trial and hearing preparations.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and co-workers.
- Knowledgeable and understanding of how to review medical & loss wages.
- Maintenance of the docket calendar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent Spanish speaker preferred.
- Experience in Filevine case management system a plus.
Salary Commensurate with experience. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certification.
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
