Job Description: Virtual Assistant
As a Virtual Assistant at CSI Engineering USA, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings for the team
- Handling phone calls and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Conducting research on various topics to support decision-making processes
- Maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and other records accurately
- Assisting with basic HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing documentation
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
The ideal candidate will have:
- A maximum of 7 years of experience in administrative support roles
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $20 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $30 per hour
