Sr. IT Project Manager - RightAngle Transformation

Description

EPMA is supporting a major enterprise transformation initiative and is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with strong RightAngle and enterprise transformation experience to lead a high-visibility program within the IT PMO.

Title: Sr. IT Project Manager – RightAngle Transformation

Location: Houston, TX (5 days onsite, 20% travel)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Industry: Oil & Gas

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define and deliver solutions
• Manage third-party system integrators and vendor relationships
• Drive executive governance, steering committees, and status reporting
• Oversee integration planning, testing coordination, and deployment readiness
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, RAID logs, and vendor spend tracking
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and delivery methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience leading large enterprise transformation programs
• RightAngle, ERP, CRM, or enterprise platform implementation experience
• Strong system integrator (SI) and vendor management experience
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing enterprise financials and forecasting
• Excellent executive communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Oil & Gas or Energy industry experience
• Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall delivery experience
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
• Change management framework exposure (Prosci preferred)
