Outbound Telecom Sales Agent
MCI Careers seeks an Outbound Telecom Sales Agent to drive revenue for leading telecom brands. In this fast-paced, performance-driven role, you will place outbound calls, qualify leads, present telecom solutions, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Using CRM and dialer tools, you'll manage pipelines, meet or exceed KPIs, and follow compliant scripts. You'll receive training, coaching, and clear metrics, with advancement based on merit and opportunities to grow skills in sales, CX, and digital solutions within a global BPO leader.
Responsibilities
- Place high-volume outbound calls to consumer and business prospects
- Qualify leads and identify customer telecom needs
- Present and explain telecom products, plans, and promotions
- Handle objections and close sales while maintaining compliance
- Use CRM and dialer systems to manage leads and document interactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and quality metrics
- Follow scripts, company policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates for coaching and performance improvement
- Provide professional, customer-focused service on every interaction
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and sales techniques
