What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Define and own the end-to-end post-sales service and support strategies across the Americas
- Lead and scale field service and advanced technical support organizations
- Drive renewal rates and expand services revenue through collaboration with various teams
- Act as a strategic business partner to ensure service alignment with product roadmaps and customer commitments
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing services leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 10-15 years of experience leading large, complex customer support or services organizations
- Proven success in building field service and advanced technical support teams for hardware products
- Experience influencing a services P&L, including profitability and forecasting
- Strong background in electrical, power electronics, renewable energy, or industrial hardware products
- BS in Engineering or Business required; MBA preferred
