Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Location: McKinney, TX (Onsite)

Compensation: $48 - 50/hr

What You'll Do:

• Design, engineer, and support wired and wireless LAN/WAN network solutions to meet operational needs
• Perform hands-on field work, including fiber testing, cabling, network drops, and access point installation and configuration
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity, performance, and related network issues across multiple sites
• Coordinate and implement network hardware and software upgrades while maintaining comprehensive network documentation
• Partner with vendors, technical staff, and support teams on network implementation, optimization, and ongoing management

What Gets You the Job:

• CCNA certification and hands-on Cisco networking experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with practical field experience in cabling, network drops, and access point deployment
• CCNP and/or Palo Alto certification a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a lean team environment, with willingness to travel between multiple sites
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
