Technical Administrative Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our shop operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing productivity and efficiency within the organization. This role is excellent for high school student or recent grad.
Duties
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone systems, social media, email and in person, providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including clerical tasks such as data entry and document management.
- Utilize various software for creating documents, spreadsheets and graphics as needed.
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory, organization and light cleaning.
- Support technicians as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the shop.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
