Tenant Services Coordinator
Staffmax is partnering with our client to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Tenant Services Coordinator for an 8-month contract. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the leasing and property management teams by serving as a key point of contact for tenants, landlords, and service providers.
Contract Length: 8 MonthsLocation: Austin, TX
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation
Manage tenant onboarding and maintain ongoing communication
Track lease expirations, renewals, and other critical dates
Maintain accurate lease records and data in internal systems
Prepare regular reports on leasing activity and portfolio performance
Collaborate with legal, finance, and property management to ensure compliance with lease terms
Respond to inquiries from current tenants and prospective lessees
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial or residential leasing, or property management
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused with a professional, solutions-oriented approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or similar leasing software is an asset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
