We are seeking skilled and safety-focused individuals for a Full-Time Forklift Operator – Advanced Technology role. This position supports modern warehouse and industrial operations using advanced material-handling technology and offers paid training, certification, and long-term career opportunities.

Training & Certification

• Opportunities throughout the state of Texas
• Paid, structured training provided
• Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training
• Certification issued after successful completion of the training program
• Training begins at the end of April 2026
• Interviews will be conducted remotely

Key Responsibilities

• Operate advanced-technology forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Transport, load, and unload materials in warehouse or industrial environments
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow safety protocols, operational procedures, and site regulations
• Support inventory movement and workflow efficiency
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of one (1) year of advanced technological forklift operator experience
• Personal computer with reliable internet access for virtual training
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to agree to a background check
• Willingness to agree to a drug test
• Ability to attend and complete all required training sessions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
