Position Overview:
ECI Management Group is seeking Food Service Workers to support food service operations at UNT Dallas College . We are hiring for Grill Cook roles, with responsibilities that contribute directly to guest satisfaction and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Cooking – Grill and prepare food to order
Prepping Food – Ensure ingredients and stations are ready for service
Serving Food – Deliver quality meals in a timely and friendly manner
Stocking – Maintain inventory and restock as needed
Guest Interaction – Provide courteous and helpful customer service
Cleaning – Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks
Extended periods of walking or standing may be required
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
